Great effort is taken to ensure reasonable consistent quality. All of our stones are natural stones and will vary in shape, color, texture, and/or size. Stone Decorative cannot guarantee uniformity, but will strive to maintain the highest levels of quality.

SHIPPING METHOD

Stone Decorative is proud to offer the industry’s most aggressive pricing and freight rates. Most orders will be processed for shipment within 2 to 5 business days from receipt of payment. Delays may occur during peak seasons or when experiencing high-volume orders.Our standard carrier is FedEx Ground. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Please contact us for a customized shipping quote for expedited shipping, per-pallet shipping, or international orders. Although we will do our best to accommodate all shipping requests, we cannot guarantee date- or time-certain deliveries. Please note that any change of shipping address once an order has been shipped will incur a $25 rerouting fee, plus applicable taxes.

FedEx will be sending an automated email with related tracking number and estimated delivery date upon shipping. If you do not receive a tracking number from FedEx, please contact us with your online order or invoice number. Sometimes tracking information will not be immediately available or your estimated delivery date hasn’t changed. In such case, please allow an additional day or two for the tracking database to be updated. A tentative delivery date can be provided for all orders shipped by freight. PALLET SHIPPING

Pallets are delivered on a 53-foot truck and liftgate services may not be available in some areas. It is at the driver’s discretion to determine the actual location of the delivery, especially in rural or restricted community areas. Additional delivery charges and transit time may apply. The customer is responsible for providing an easy and clear access for delivery, as well as for the unloading — unless liftgate services are available (curbside unloading only; additional charges may apply). The customer will be notified of an expected delivery date and time. The pallets are usually delivered within 2 to 15 days from the time the truck leaves Stone Decorative’s warehouse. Although we will do our best to accommodate all shipping requestswe cannot guarantee date- or time-certain deliveries. All other shipping instructions, policies, and restrictions will apply. Stone Decorative is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order.

PAYMENT
